Our operations staff on finalization of any Contract will visit the client location prior to deploying the service personnel. This team meets the client representative and understands the work instruction for each work. On the basis of the data collected a standard work procedure is prepared in and put forth for approval. The same is then kept handy at all working places. In the event of absence/ leave of the regular Personnel it becomes very easy for his substitute to understand the duty at a particular location.
